1. ​Dial the Airtel USSD code: *334#
2. ​Select Send Money.
3. ​Select the option for "Send Money to Any Network" (sometimes labelled "Send to Other Networks").
4. ​Select the recipient's network: "M-Pesa" or "Safaricom."
5. ​Enter the recipient's phone number: 0720 202 551.
6. ​Enter the Amount you wish to send.
7. ​Enter your Airtel Money PIN.
8. ​Confirm the transaction details.
9. ​Wait for the confirmation SMS from Airtel Money.
